Our homes are independent, single-family sober-living residences — not programs — providing stability, privacy, and clean living for adults who want to maintain a sober living lifestyle.

No deposit. No application fee. No lease.
Just a simple agreement to follow sober-living rules.

We accept veterans with any verified housing income.

We are 420-friendly environments, within clear house guidelines.

Service animals are not permitted currently.
We expect our Millsboro location (Spring 2026) will allow approved service animals.

Fees & Pricing (Veteran Friendly)

• Private rooms: $200+ weekly
• Shared rooms: $150–$185 weekly
• Share of utilities: $85 upon entry and every fourth week
